Welcome to my Learning Design site!!

This is a resources website for the edEx instructional design modules (x 4), offered by University of Maryland, University College, and a place where I have recorded my learning from this experience. The "More" item on the main menu, allows you to access all the resources for each week of the course. I also see this as a place of experimentation, where I can further experiment with my Learning Design.

My background is in curriculum development, teaching at all level of education and industry based photography, graphic and multimedia design experience.

My current  position as Senior Learning Technologist supports the implementation of RMIT University Education Plan by working with various teams across the Schools to develop sustainable, accessible and high-quality blended learning experiences.

 

This position explores, advises, designs, develops, implements and evaluates a variety of technologies to enhance the learning and teaching experience.

The role also provides expertise and support in creating innovative training and professional development opportunities in technology-enhanced learning via agile ways of working.

The EdX set of modules is a perfect match for me, as it's relevant to course design, creating and embedding rich graphic experiences for staff and students within
my workplace.
